Police dog team display
Agility. Control. Teamwork. That's what the display by the RAF St Mawgan Police Dogs will demonstrate.
But it's also great entertainment!
Each day in the main ring there will be a non-stop 20-minute performance by four dogs and four handlers which will demonstrate how well the dogs and their handlers work together.
It will also show how much the dogs enjoy their work and the closeness of the relationship between dog and handler.
In the main ring will be a variety of obstacles, each presenting a different challenge to the dogs.
You will see them climbing ladders, scaling a wall, negotiating parallel bars and jumping high and long over many different objects.
And of course, the most spectacular of all, there will be the fire hoops!
A full and entertaining commentary will explain each part of the demonstration and a new feature this year will involve DJs from Cornwall's radio stations.
Listeners will be able to vote to have their favourite DJ kitted out in a padded suit. The fortunate individual will then be invited to take part in the display.
Playing the part of an intruder, the DJ will then have to face up to the skill and determination of one of the police dogs.
And it's all for charity!
